and rewarding careers that I have had. A home purchase or sale is one of

I have been a Realtor® with Smothers Realty Group since 2003.
Prior to this, I spent 14 years in information technology systems and
project management. My time spent as a Project Manager helped make for an
easy transition to real estate. I am used to keeping track of many details
to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
My information
technology background has also come in handy as a Realtor®. Today’s buyers
are internet savvy. I have a good technical understanding of how to market
your home online and attract the best exposure for my client’s homes on
the internet.
As a partner in my husband’s custom home building
business, I also am uniquely qualified to address the concerns of people
who are looking to build a new home or modify an existing home. I have
helped many clients visualize remodeling ideas, enabling them to feel
confident that any changes they would like to make are feasible and
